Titled 'The North Star' but dated APRIL 1882 — Frederick Douglass's famous abolitionist North Star only ran 1847-1851 (then became Frederick Douglass' Paper). An 1882 issue is almost certainly a different, later small-town paper that reused a common name (several unrelated 'North Star' titles existed in MI/MN/ND in this era) — NOT the Douglass paper. Value is likely in line with the other generic period newspapers unless the specific masthead/city is verified as something notable. Do not assume Douglass provenance without a librarian/appraiser confirming the actual publisher.
